Born and educated in Germany, Karin Pearse settled in England in 1978 and studied stained glass before discovering her true talent ten years later in her unique and unusual style of stoneware pottery. Her work is in increasing demand throughout the UK, Europe and the USA. Living and working deep in the New Forest in Hampshire, she gains a wealth of inspiration from the forest around her.

Working so closely with nature her designs reflect these natural motifs bringing them into the realms of modern living. In this way her unique tableware is both practical and decorative.
